OUR STORY
Scott and Natalie Cross have owned the Woodland HIlls property since 2002. In 2018 development began with the vision to preserve the beauty of the land by offering large home sites that would serve as a wooded retreat for owners and their guest.
Natalie set the tone of design forward cabins by building three cabins in Woodland HIlls. Since then Woodland Hills Land owners have built many of the best cabins in the market, many of which have been featured in architectural and design magazines.
In 2023 the couple opened the HochaBow, the high end retail center in Hochatown. And in 2024 opened Pressa Italia, a restaurant serving scratch made Italian food located in HochaBow.
